We provide a screening and matching service for people looking for a place to live, and others looking for a roommate. We have some rent free situations, which require more work, and others that are just rent only with a maximum rent of $400/month.  Some of our homeowners are seniors, but we have a wide variety of people looking for someone to move in.

Our process isn’t quick so you need to think ahead.  We require a written application and interview and background checks.
