Kirby has led the HomeShare Vermont team since 2000 and has over 30 years of experience working with housing related non-profit organizations. Prior to HomeShare Vermont, she directed the Homeownership Program at the Champlain Housing Trust, the largest community land trust in the country. Kirby serves on the boards of directors of The National Shared Housing Resource Center and HomeShare International.
Amy joined the HomeShare Vermont team in 2007 after five years of coordinating the activities and volunteer program at The Converse Home, assisted living for seniors in Burlington. Amy’s previous experience was as a social worker, working with kids at the Northeastern Family Institute in Vermont and Watonwan County Human Services in Minnesota.
Joyce started at HomeShare Vermont in 2019. She most recently served as a director at a home for seniors. Prior to that, she was with the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties for 20 years where she held several positions in operations.
Intake & Outreach coordinator
Aaron joined the HomeShare Vermont team in 2017. He came to HomeShare Vermont from The World newspaper in Barre, where he was editor for two and a half years. Prior to that, he served as an AmeriCorps with the New England Grassroots Environment Fund, after working for 10 years at the Sparks Tribune in Nevada.
Kathy started at HomeShare Vermont in 2019 after eight years providing employment services at VocRehab Vermont. Kathy’s previous experience was as a volunteer recruiter/manager for patient service programs and community events with American Cancer Society.
Aaron joined the HomeShare Vermont team in 2019. Aaron has been working in homesharing for some years prior, and is excited to serve the central Vermont region. Most recently, Aaron ran his own business growing grass-fed beef, installing edible landscapes and collaborating on sustainable agriculture research projects.
