Kirby has led HomeShare Vermont since 2000 and has over 30 years of experience working with housing related non-profit organizations. Prior to HomeShare Vermont, she directed the Homeownership Program at the Champlain Housing Trust, the largest community land trust in the country. Kirby serves on the boards of directors of The National Shared Housing Resource Center and HomeShare International.
Amy joined HomeShare Vermont in 2007 after five years of coordinating the activities and volunteer program at The Converse Home, assisted living for seniors in Burlington. Amy’s previous experience was as a social worker, working with kids at the Northeastern Family Institute in Vermont and Watonwan County Human Services in Minnesota.
Holly started at HomeShare Vermont in 2010. Prior to her arrival she directed volunteer programs for 17 years–first at the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties and then at United Way of Chittenden County. Holly also worked as a nurse for 21 years.
Intake & Outreach coordinator
Aaron joined HomeShare Vermont in 2017. He came to HomeShare Vermont from The World newspaper in Barre, where he was editor for two and a half years. Prior to that, he served as an AmeriCorps with the New England Grassroots Environment Fund, after working for 10 years at the Sparks Tribune in Nevada.
Lisa joined HomeShare Vermont in 2013. She came to HomeShare Vermont from the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties where she worked as an Intake and Referral Nurse. Prior to that, she was a Nurse Supervisor for the VNA’s Private Care program. She supervised caregivers who provided direct care to clients in their homes. She has also worked as a school nurse.
